The nations of India and Pakistan have put together a military strike on a terrorist sleeper-cell that was planning an attack in northern Pakistan, according to the New York Times.
The terrorist group, Jaish-e-Mohammad, was responsible for a suicide bombing at a military base killing 12 soldiers in February.
Jaish-e-Mohammad planned to conduct bombings in the near future, striking military bases.
Narendra Modi, prime minister of India, said during a rally in India, “We won’t let this country bow down.”
The terrorist attack in February was one of the deadliest the region has seen in a number of years.
