Senior Michael Mottola is performing his final concert of jazz, rock and contemporary in the Academic Showcase on campus on April 20th at 12:30pm.
“I’m feeling very excited, it’s my senior year and I couldn’t be happier to perform such a big show for it,” said Mottola in a phone interview.
He has prepared nine different songs from different genres in six months for this performance. This hard work included help from his professors and friends.
“They’re a lot of musicians part of this performance and all my friends are playing a pivotal role in each,” said Mottola.
Mottola has dedicated of his time for this senior year project.
“I think my favorite part is the duet I’m doing with my friend Alex Wentworth, it’s a great song that really shows the breakdown of my voice and the talent of Alex on guitar,” said Mottola.
All students are invited to watch Michael Mottola live this Tuesday in the Library Courtyard.
“I’m truly thankful for the hard work of all my friend who took time to help me see my vision through,” said Mottola.
