Energy Consumption Practices with FPU Community.

The Academic Showcase took place on April 20th as Alyssa Lewis presented her Energy Consumption poster.
Lewis said in an email interview, “Since it was online, I hope many people had the chance to see my poster on the live stream and understood the concept of it.
Sophomore Andrew Philbin said in an in-person interview, “I thought the poster was very thoughtful. I think it was the perfect project to remind our community to understand how much power we use so we can understand how to use our energies better.”
After seeing the energy usage rates mentioned in the poster, students realized how they can decide what to use in order to productively use energies.
Freshman Wondifraw Summa also said in a zoom interview, “This poster made me realize how much energy we use on this campus and that I can save energy by turning lights off in my room when I’m not there and stuff.”
Junior Tristan Burlingame said on a phone call interview, “As an environmental science major, I was proud to see a poster like this reflected our community which will hopefully help educate the campus on how to save energy.”
