Lack of students on shuttle

There were very few students on the shuttle during the time of 9 am to 9:30 am on November 22.

During this time the shuttle provides rides for those living at the Lakeview Apartments and Sawmill Apartments. It takes students to the upper campus shuttle stop at the Manor and Petrocelli Hall.

There was one person on the shuttle besides reporter, Zoey Yamamoto and senior Kyle Gosselin the shuttle driver. The one person on the shuttle was freshman So Nakamura. He was on the shuttle coming to class from visiting a friend at Lakeview.

Gosselin said, “During this time it gets pretty boring, most people are in class at this time.”

The shuttle is the busiest during the times of 8:50 and 9:50, this is when most students are getting out of class or going to class.

Gosselin said “Around 8:50 I get around 10 to 15 people on the shuttle.” These students typically come from Lakeview to get to class.
