GSA Cards Against Humanity tournament

Stephen Cinquegrano was the victor of the Cards Against Humanity tournament on Saturday.

Two tables played until the winner had seven black cards and the top three from each table moved on. The numbers at this years tournament were lower than expected. President Jimmy Pasqua said, “We expected 25-30 people, but

around 15 showed up.” Cinquegrano said it was the “proudest day of my life.”

While the numbers for the tournament were not what they were expecting,

Pasqua said, “People had a good time.”

Pasqua hopes to be able to have this tournament next year as well. “These events are not always about the number of people who show up, but about the people who do show up having a good time,” he said.

This tournament is put on by the Gender and Sexuality Acceptance Club every year.

Whether or not they are able to put this event on next year is dependent on the SGA approving whether the event is worth hosting. This can be based on the number of people who attend the event but depends on who is in SGA.
