At lunch time, the glass foyer is bustling with excitement and loud greeting from booths to get people engaged within
the community.
With loud music blaring from the information desk, located in the foyer, people at the booths need to scream to get their points across.
The booths in attendance today were MEGGA promoting Movember and residential life making cards for the elderly.
Senior Andrew Sheets, in charge of the Movember booth said, “Help fight prostate and testicular cancer. This booth is also here to raise awareness for men’s domestic violence and men’s suicide. All proceeds go to the Movember foundation.”
The foyer smelled like breadsticks and pizza which made students more eager to eat their lunch.
Sophomore Abby Hoban, in charge of the table responsible for making cards for the elderly said, ” We are here to bring joy to the elderly who are unable to make it home for the holidays. We just want to make sure everyone feels love this holiday season.”
