Bryce Brown scoffs his food down as he complains about not having any more napkins.

“The chicken wings was very good the fries were tasty and I actually was able to wash it down with a sweet fruit punch. Unfortunately they need to stock up on some more napkins this was unacceptable,” said Brown.

Brown was among a bunch of other students and Sodexo workers. Gabe Knight, shift supervisor for Sodexo, talked about why his job is very important in the cafeteria. “Being a Shift Supervisor means I must survey the floor making sure the food is out and ready to be consumed by the community and basically make everyone satisficed,” said Knight.

Peggy McCarthy, Sodexo worker at the cafeteria swipes students into the cafeteria so that no one can sneak in. “Working in the cafeteria is pretty nice I got a lot of people coming in and saying hello to me as they enter the room. Recently was my birthday and people sung me my birthday it was truly sweet.”
